The Development of a Cost Management System for the manufacturing process to manage and track time and material costs involved in building aircraft engines was our goal.

Accelerated Solutions conducted a BAA involving the end-user community to produce user requirement documents.  These requirements were then expanded through the BSD process to deliver a completed set of design specifications.  The design specifications were then used as the basis of a 900 program turn-key application developed by Accelerated Solutions, Inc. for GE Aircraft Engines.

Accelerated Solutions developed and implemented the technical architecture and business application to support the client's business requirements.  This application was developed using Accelerated Solutions' COBOL, DB2 and CICS templates and infrastructure programs as a foundation.

The project team consisted of over 40 Accelerated Solutions team members.  This multi-year, multi-million dollar turn-key development effort was delivered one year ahead of schedule.
